Westmoreland State Park

In September, we went to Westmoreland State Park with a homeschool group. The goal was to search for sharks teeth on the banks of the Rappahannock River and have a picnic lunch. The children were supposed to wade at the edge of the river and search for sharks teeth. I predicted what was going to happen and brought a swimming suit for Kaylee. I just can't keep her out of the water! We had perfect weather that day.

Westmoreland State Park is simply beautiful.

Walking down the trail to get to Fossil Beach.

Kaylee started out wading in the water. Then, progressed to this.
